About the Small-Group Training Schedule
-
My classes are intentionally limited to six people. It gives me the space to coach you properly, watch your movement, and keep you safe — while still creating a small, supportive community. That mix of individual attention and shared energy is what helps you stay consistent, show up on the days you’re tired, and celebrate progress you might otherwise overlook.tion text goes here

Small‑group sessions are fun, energetic, and progressive. You’ll train alongside people who are working toward their own goals, and yes — sometimes misery loves company. But mostly, it’s about feeling supported while you build strength at your own pace.
-
We train in 4–6 week blocks, with each week building on the last. This structure helps you develop strength safely, improve movement quality, and see real progress over time. If you join mid‑block, no problem — I’ll adjust movements so you can jump in at your own pace.
