Joining the Program
How Your First Month Works
Step 1
Introductory Private Session
Your first session is where I get to understand how you move, what you need, and how to best support your goals. We’ll go through foundational movements, review your training history, and make sure you feel confident and prepared to join the small‑group program.
Introductory Rate: $85 per private session (Up to 3 introductory private sessions available)
Step 2
Introductory Group Training
Your introductory group sessions build on the movement patterns and insights from your private session. You’ll join the small‑group environment with a clear foundation, allowing you to train safely, confidently, and with the structure you need to make steady progress.
Introductory Group Training Rate: $120 per session (Up to 4 introductory group sessions available)
How Long Term Monthly Membership Works
Option 1: Ongoing Group Training
Train 1 times per Week
For clients who’ve completed the introductory private and intro group sessions and are ready for a steady rhythm, the once‑per‑week membership offers the structure you need to maintain strength while supporting the rest of your active life. This pace is ideal for cross‑training — giving you consistent, targeted strength work that helps you move better, recover well, and stay resilient in the activities you love.
Recurring Rate: 4 Group Training Sessions per Month -$150 (Renews every four weeks; flexible scheduling and easy pauses available)
Option 2: Ongoing Group Training
Training 2 Times Per Week
For clients who want to build strength more intentionally, maintain/increase muscle mass, support healthy aging, the twice‑per‑week membership offers a deeper level of consistency. This pace provides enough stimulus to drive real progress — especially important as we naturally lose muscle with age. Training two times per week helps you stay strong, resilient, and capable in everything you do, both inside and outside the gym.
Recurring Rate: 8 Group Training Sessions per Month — $285 (Renews every four weeks; includes built‑in savings for long‑term training)
